SUBSTANCE: hinge component comprises frame and leaf parts. Fastening part of the hinge component extends in lateral horizontal direction from pivot part of one component of the hinge. One hinge component may be connected to front surface of fixed frame or leaf by means of fastening part. Hinge component has linear guiding means. Pivot part may be displaced along guiding means towards fastening part in horizontal direction so that the pivot part is parallel to frame plane. Device comprises shift drive to provide above displacement. Fastening part encloses pivot part from behind and located between the pivot part and front surface. Linear guiding means is may be provided on outer sides of pivot and fastening parts facing one another. Shifting drive comprise cam, which may rotate about axis transversal to frame plane.

EFFECT: increased simplicity and reliability of horizontal hinge displacement mechanism.
