METHOD OF OIL PRODUCTION Russian patent published in 2001 - IPC

FIELD: oil and gas producing industry; applicable in development of deposits of various structure types and also of depleted and difficult-to-recover oil reserves. SUBSTANCE: method includes opening of oil formation by system of producing and injection wells and treatment of producing formation by pressure fluctuations produced by downhole plants with amplitude not in excess of tensile fatigue strength of rock. Producing formation is opened through 50-80% of its thickness. Pressure fluctuations in the form of acoustic flux are produced in oil formation with the help of downhole acoustic devices immersed into injection wells. Device is immersed into injection wells to depth of formation opening after filling of these wells with oil and attaining of natural formation pressure. Excessive pressure is built-up of value ensuring calculated oil flow rate and maintenance of formation pressure at natural level. Oil is recovered up to pressure drop not below saturation pressure. Formation pressure is restored by injection of dry gas to gas cap. Downhole acoustic devices are gradually raised as the formation is progressively treated.
