FIELD: industrial thermal engineering; water and steam boilers. SUBSTANCE: plant is used for burning low-grade fuel mainly wood scrap. Fuel is incompletely burned in precombustion chamber in inert-filler fluidized bed; gaseous products of gasification and carryover small particles are burned up in boiler furnace in secondary blast jets; non-combusted small particles separated in dry-bottom hopper are completely burned up in bottom-blast device.
