FIELD: power industry.
SUBSTANCE: grate-fired swirling-type furnace for combustion of wood waste includes primary furnace with reverse air blowing, which is equipped with primary air supply device, fuel supply device in the form of hoses of cascade-tray type, front inclined wall with a narrowing, and swirl-type combustion chamber with secondary air supply devices, which are separated with a clamping grid; at that, in primary furnace with reverse air blowing the front inclined wall is made of the tubes included in the boiler circulation circuit, and gaps between tubes are equipped with inserts having gaps for primary air passage; lower section of clamping grid is screened and has studs on tubes of lower row; upper part of clamping grid is also screened; swirl-type combustion chamber is equipped with gas-oil burner device installed on side wall at the level of the narrowing, angular single-tier tertiary air supply nozzles installed above upper header of clamping grid, tangentially with downward inclination, and slag removal system is connected to secondary air supply devices of swirl-type combustion chamber.
EFFECT: improving technical and economical parameters and ecological indices of the operation at combustion of bark-containing waste of non-homogeneous particle-size distribution of fuel mixture.
