FIELD: solid fuel combustion in combustion chambers of industrial and power boilers. SUBSTANCE: fuel (mainly hydrolytic lignin and crushed wood scrap) is burned within furnace in low- temperature vortex with air supplied through nozzles of bottom blast device directly from high-pressure fan; air is admitted to bottom blast device directly from pressure air conduit. EFFECT: improved aerodynamic stability of low- temperature vortex, reduced loss accompanied by mechanical incomplete burning. 2 cl, 1 dwg
