FIELD: technological processes; heating.
SUBSTANCE: in method of solid fuel burning in swirling-type furnace, in process of which fuel-air mixture is introduced into middle part of chamber in several jets, and undergrade blast flow is introduced into lower part of combustion chamber, as a result, lower vortical area is created, as well as direct-flow portion of torch, in which fuel burns in process of multiple circulation, according to invention, jets of peripheral blast are additionally introduced so that they are directed at the angle of 0°≤α<1° or 65°≤α<90° to direction of flow in lower vortical area, and they are separated into main and auxiliary ones, at that whenever load is reduced, amount of motion is preserved in the main jets and reduced in the auxiliary ones.
EFFECT: more complete burning of fuel, increased efficiency factor, improved economical and ecological characteristics of swirling method and swirling-type furnace.
