FIELD: hair removal devices. SUBSTANCE: apparatus has casing incorporating engine, drive positioned inside engine and adapted for driving of at least one clamping device for plucking hairs from human skin. Apparatus is further provided with device for eliminating pain in the process of hair plucking. This device has at least one member which is brought close to human skin in pulsed mode during hair plucking to cause additional pain. This member is connected to clamping device for rotation about pin and for performing rectilinear reciprocating motions toward skin and away from it. Method involves supplying pulse to human skin by means of member connected to hair clamping device prior to or in the process of hair plucking. Supplied pulse gives to the user additional pain which creates the feeling of subjectively relieved pain caused by plucking of hair.
