FIELD: items for personal use.
SUBSTANCE: clamping head for a hair removal unit or for a hair removal unit nozzle contains a shaft driven in rotation around the central axis of the shaft; a fixed clamping member having at least the first fixed functional surface and configured to co-rotate with the shaft without moving in the axial direction; the first movable clamping member having a functional surface and mounted so that its functional surface is positioned opposite the first functional surface of the fixed clamping member. The first movable clamping member is adapted to be reciprocated towards and away from the fixed clamping member, whereby a closed position is periodically created, in which the functional surface of the first movable clamping member densely adjoins the first functional surface of the fixed clamping member; and the first drive member associated with the first movable clamping member. The first drive member is axially movable to the fixed clamping member, allowing the first movable clamping member and the fixed clamping member to be transferred to the said closed position. The first movable clamping member and the first drive member are integrally formed, manufactured by injection moulding and collectively have an L-shaped axial section.
EFFECT: manufacture of the hair removal unit and the method for hair removal, excluding multiple passes along the same skin area.
