FIELD: compositions for external application. SUBSTANCE: liquid composition of oil-in-water type for topical application contains 30-50 mas.% in terms of total mass of composition at least one glycol, conforming emulsifying system and at least one active agent. The liquid composition has preferably viscosity from 3 to 10 Pa.c (3000-10000 centipoises). Viscosity is determined with the help of Brookfield viscosimeter model LVDV 11+engine No. 4, at rotation speed of 30 rpm for 30 s and at temperature 25±3 C.
