Compounds show activity with respect to cellular differentiation and proliferation and can be used in treatment of patients with dermatological sicknesses associated with keratinization damage. Compounds are used by topical or systemic route. Compounds of the formula (I) can be used for body hygiene and care for hair. Invention describes a pharmaceutical composition containing the above indicated compounds and using for the same purposes as compounds of the formula (I).
