FIELD: machine building.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to machine building and may be used for grinding gas turbine engine disc slots. Proposed device comprises base accommodating rotary table with billet and crosswise and lengthwise movable calipers. On the upper platform of the transverse support there fixed are vertical posts with a rotary support placed between them with drives for cyclic motion of the working tool pressing and its movement relative to the workpiece and a spring unloading device. Said drives are secured at the rear side of the rotary support and are interconnected from below by the support platform. Rotary shaft of tool pressing motion, working screw of tool movement drive and axis of spring unloading device are parallel to each other, passed through holes in rotary support and coupled with tool holder. On the rotating shaft the eccentric located in the oval slot of the tool holder is installed, and on the holder housing the tool rotation drive is fixed.
EFFECT: higher quality and productivity of finishing grooves of complex profile.
