FIELD: control system of earth satellites with the use of earth's magnetic field. SUBSTANCE: closed magnetic circuit in form of rhomb with intercepted acute angles is used as concentrator of vertical component of earth's magnetic field. Concentrator is made from ferromagnetic strips with plane of rhomb positioned perpendicularly to flight; larger axis is positioned along binormal to orbit. Narrow slots are located along strips f magnetic circuit smoothly over its width. Working sides of rectangular working windings are received by grooves in sections of magnetic circuit; other sides embrace strips of magnetic circuit. Sides of turns opposite to working ones are located beyond magnetic circuit. When direct current flows through these turns, external force is formed along direction of flight whose sign is determined by direction of current. Specific feature of proposed propulsor consists in position of one of sides of rectangular turns which is located in earth's magnetic field concentrator. EFFECT: increased thrust. 2 dwg
