FIELD: control system of artificial earth satellites with the use of earth magnetic field. SUBSTANCE: proposed device has three windings connected in series. End sections of these windings lie in one plane and are surrounded by ferromagnetic screen for creating external linear force along direction of flight when direct current flows through them. System is provided with four open magnetic circuits made in form of equilateral trapezium without larger base which is made from thin ferromagnetic strips which consists of bands located at spaced relation, thus performing function of concentrators of vertical component of earth magnetic field. One winding is secured on vertical parts of first (in way of satellite flow) pairs of magnetic circuits and two other windings are secured on second pair of magnetic circuits for interaction of current in working parts of windings received by gaps of vertical parts of magnetic circuits with concentrated vertical component of earth magnetic field.
