METHOD OF WITHDRAWING TECHNOGENIC ACCUMULATIONS OF OIL PRODUCTS FROM GROUND WATER SURFACE Russian patent published in 2001 - IPC

FIELD: environmental control. SUBSTANCE: method is designed for elimination of technogenic accumulations of oil products on surface of ground waters and prevention of discharge of oil products into open water reservoirs and water intake horizons. The method includes drilling in zone of pollution spot at least one unwatering hole; water pumping out to form cone of influence; accumulation of oil products in cone of influence and withdrawal of oil products. In one version embodiment, unwatering hole is drilled to water-bearing part of horizon to depth below level of interface determined by the relationship given in the invention description. In addition, drilled within contamination spot are water-absorbing holes and/or ground pits into which pumped-out water is directed repeatedly to ensure geodynamic balance of ground mass. In this case, oil products are withdrawn discretely from cone of influence in minimum amounts required for operation of oil pump determined in optimal case by capacity of water-lifting electric pump. The capacity of water-lifting electric pump is determined by formula given in the invention description. EFFECT: localization and elimination of zones of ground water contamination with oil products with preserved geodynamic balance of ground mass. 3 cl, 2 dwg
