FIELD: ecology.
SUBSTANCE: method includes measuring thickness of oil products layer and of level of separation line of oil-water phases by capacity sensors placed in the well. Received signals are transmitted into block for controlling electrical down-pump for extracting oil products and depth of water surface suppression is selected. Thickness of oil products layer is determined as difference between placement of level of phase separation line in process of extraction of oil products and it is compared to given value given by location of capacity sensors of phase separation line level. During the process also evaluated are oil products debit and wand water debit in the well. Depth of suppression of water surface is selected by changing relation of said debits to such value so to provide for continuous operation of electric pump for suppressing water surface in operation cycle. System for realization of said method includes electric down-pump for suppression of water surface and electrical down-pump for extracting oil products, which pumps are connected to power commutators connected to control block, to input of which a block of capacity sensors is connected for measuring level of phase separation line. Capacity sensors block is mounted on the body of electric pump for extracting oil products below its inlet aperture. Distance between capacity sensors matches given value determining given thickness of oil layer.
EFFECT: maximum productiveness of oil products extraction and higher operation reliability, as well as higher electrical equipment resource due to lower negative effect of transitional modes.
