FIELD: drilling of oil and gas wells. SUBSTANCE: invention is related to toothed gerotor mechanisms that can be used as working tools of hydraulic prime movers, pumps, compressors and reduction gears. Proposed gerotor mechanism includes pair " rotor-stator " of internal hypo-cycloidal gearing. Novelty of mechanism lies in that signs of curvature of closed conjugate profiles of rotor and stator are same and do not change over entire outline. When number of teeth of rotor is equal to two and eccentricity factor C0=r/e is close to one (≅) displacement of outline of rack at rest is positive (CΔ = Δx/e = 0,8-1,4) and tooth form factor Ce = rc/e is chosen in range Ce= 3-6, where e is engagement eccentricity, m; r is radius of rolling circumference, m; rc is radius of equidistance, m; Δx is displacement of outline of rack at rest, m. EFFECT: increased wear resistance and prolonged service life of mechanism thanks to reduction of contact tensions in pair " rotor-stator ". 8 dwg
