FIELD: food-processing industry. SUBSTANCE: saturator has saturation column 2 with additional mixing line 14 positioned between contents of cavity 16 and cavity 17, and stabilization column 3 with additional beverage mixing line 13 for connecting cavity 25 with cavity 26. Pressure regulator 31 is mounted in ready beverage discharge line 27 of saturator hydraulic system. Pressure regulator 31 is made in the form of throttle reducing valve of direct action with control chamber 48 of variable volume which is defined in cavity of bellows 47. Control chamber 48 is communicated to inlet cavity 38 via connecting channel 40. Lock member 44 of pressure regulator 31 is secured to one end of rod 43 and disk 45 is fixed to other end of rod 43. Disk 45 has centering slot made in its outer surface and adapted to be engaged with spherical member 50 fixed to inner surface of sleeve 49 faced to spherical member 50. Sleeve 49 is loaded with spring 51. EFFECT: increased efficiency and improved quality of beverages by increased saturation of water with carbon dioxide and uniform mixing of water and syrup. 3 cl, 2 dwg
