FIELD: food industry.
SUBSTANCE: invention is related to production of drinks with antioxidant activity (AOA). A method for obtaining a drink enriched with molecular hydrogen is proposed, which involves filtering and preparing initial drinking water, further saturating it with molecular hydrogen and supplying it for bottling, which includes the following steps: supplying water to a container with filling the container to a threshold upper level with shutting off the water supply when it is reached; supplying hydrogen to the vessel until a pressure not exceeding the threshold in the vessel is reached, with shutting off the supply of hydrogen upon reaching it; circulation of water saturated with hydrogen for the time required to dissolve hydrogen in water; removal of the resulting gas-air mixture from the upper part of the container; optionally, adding water to the tank to the threshold level, supplying the next portion of hydrogen until the pressure in the tank is reached, taking into account the concentration of water enriched with hydrogen at the outlet, removing the gas-air mixture from the top of the tank; pouring the resulting drink in the form of water enriched with molecular hydrogen with a hydrogen concentration of 1 mg/l to 1.4 mg/l, whereas at least controlling the water level and pressure in the container, water circulation time, the concentration of molecular hydrogen in the drink, and the specified optional stages are performed with the possibility of repeating all together or each separately, for sequential saturation of water with hydrogen. A drink is also proposed, which is enriched with molecular hydrogen, ready to drink, which is obtained by the specified method in the form of still water enriched with molecular hydrogen with a hydrogen concentration of 1 mg/l to 1.4 mg/l.
EFFECT: invention provides stable quantitative indicators of molecular hydrogen content in water, continuous cyclic process of enriching water with hydrogen and maintaining a given concentration of H2, which makes it possible to carry out a continuous process of bottling enriched water at automatic production lines under conditions of food production in industrial applications.
