FIELD: nonalcoholic industry. SUBSTANCE: liquid bottling apparatus has at least one filling boom connected to doser and provided with outlet opening, and filling head. Filling boom is positioned for sliding in filling head. Filling head has cavity disposed adjacent to filling boom outlet opening, when the latter is in initial position, and adapted for drain of washing solution from the system. Filling boom is equipped with auxiliary ring and filling head is equipped with seat engageable with auxiliary ring. Such construction of apparatus allows inner and outer surfaces of parts to be washed without dismantling of the system. EFFECT: increased efficiency in filling bottles with carbonated beverages, enhanced reliability in operation and improved sanitary conditions. 6 dwg
