Biologically active food addition for prophylaxis and sanitation of cardiovascular system involving haw-thorn has haw-thorn flowers and, additionally, dandelion roots taken in the component ratio 2:3, respectively. Addition is made is tablets and powders of haw-thorn flowers and dandelion roots ground to the size 5000 mcm. Oral intake of biologically active addition provides maximal retention of total amount of biologically active substances and, except for, broadness spectrum effect of prophylactic and sanitation effects on cardiovascular system.
