FIELD: food industry. SUBSTANCE: the suggested additive includes the main plants' complex which contains roots and rhizomes of a licorice, a sweet flag and an elecampane taken at 2: 1: 1 ratio that have got a total physiological impact upon a body and, also, additional complexes of medicinal plants taken at a certain quantitative ratio to enhance separate effects and body reactions: enhanced action on respiratory system, improved activity of cardiovascular system, better sedative action, removed nervous stimulation, irritation, insomnia, climacteric disorders, decreased arterial pressure, regulated and normalized activity of gastrointestinal system, improved hepatoprotective action, normalized activity of a liver and a gall bladder, improved antisclerotic, cardiotonic, vasodilator action, stimulated brain work, improved memory, simplified attention concentration, improved work of both female and male sexual spheres, improved preventive and strengthening action. The method to obtain such an additive deals with reduction of plant raw material to a powder-like state at particles' size being less than 500 mcm, addition of supplementary components, formation of tablets or capsules and impact of sterilizing factor as an X-ray radiation of a certain energy and dosage.
