FIELD: veterinary science, microbiology, vaccines. SUBSTANCE: invention relates to specific prophylaxis of diseases in animals. Inactivated emulsin-vaccine against salmonellosis in piglets has a mixture of antigens from virulent ammunogenic strains from serovara Salmonella choleraesuis, Salmonella typhimurium prepared with physiological solution, adjuvant and 0.4-0.5% (vol./vol.) of formalin as a preserving agent. Vaccine has the strain Salmonella choleraesuis N 8 as an antigen of serovarum Salmonella choleraesuis, the strain Salmonella typhimurium N 159 as an antigen of serovarum Salmonella typhimurium. Suspension of Rhodococcus equi N 2 prepared with physiological solution is used as an immuno- -stimulating agent. Mixture oil-lanolin is used as an adjuvant. Vaccine provides the development of expressing lasting immunity in piglet bodies. EFFECT: enhanced effectiveness of vaccine, decreased dose and number of administration.
