SUBSTANCE: as antigens, vaccine contains a suspension of pure-growth cells of Str. pneumoniae streptococcus agent and rabbit viral hemorrhagic disease virus produced by selection of target affected organs of fallen rabbits from a local epizootic centre, preparation of the suspension, inoculation of a differential-diagnostic medium, recovery of agent pure growths, cultivation is carried out separately in meat-peptone broth of E. coli and glucose in the concentration of microbial cells 4-5 billion in 1 cm³ and production of 10-15 % suspensions of rabbit liver, after infection by rabbit viral hemorrhagic disease of activity 10^3.0 LD 50/cm³ and more, mixed in equal proportions of formalin and aluminium hydroxide in the following proportions, wt %: suspension of pure-growth cells of Str. pneumoniae streptococcus agent recovered from a local epizootic centre in a nutrient medium of titre 4-5 billion of microbial cells in 1 cm³ 38.0-41.5; suspension of rabbit liver with rabbit viral hemorrhagic disease recovered from a local epizootic centre in physiologic saline of activity 10^3.0-4.0 LD 50/cm³ 38.0-41.5; glucose 2.0-1.0; formalin 2.0-1.5; aluminium hydroxide - the rest.

EFFECT: higher specificity and efficacy of the vaccine.
