SUBSTANCE: inhaler for introducing powder-like drug, in particular, powder containing mixture of fine-dispersed particles of active component and coarse-dispersed particles of powder-carrier, into patient's lungs has casing with air admission opening and aerosol discharge opening connected via air pipe where disperser is positioned. Casing incorporates container for powder drug and container for collecting coarse-dispersed powder particles. Disperser is made in the form of cylindrical chamber with tangential branch pipe positioned in the vicinity of first base of cylindrical chamber and coaxial discharge branch pipe introduced deep into cylindrical chamber. Container for collecting coarse-dispersed powder particles is communicated with cylindrical chamber via slit opening made adjacent to second base of cylindrical chamber.
