FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention is related to medicine equipment, namely to powder inhalers. Inhaler comprises body covered with protective jacket with holes for inlet of air and outlet of aerosol, which are joined by air channel, where two oppositely arranged accelerating channels are provided, every of which is connected to disperser, container for powder and batcher made in the form of movable plate with two metering holes, which are displaced relative to each other by angle of rotation of 90 degrees. Container is made in the form of two insulated sections, in foundation of each there is a hole provided for powder supply, and in movable plate of batcher there are additionally two metering holes provided, which are arranged diametrically opposite to available ones, so that whenever movable plate of batcher turns by angle of 90 degrees in one of directions for supply of powder dose or when movable plate of batcher turns by angle of 90 degrees in reverse direction for supply of another dose of powder, two of four metering holes are located under holes in foundations of two container sections, and two other metering holes are located in foundations of two accelerating channels.
EFFECT: efficient controlled introduction of two active components stored in isolated sections of container at once into patient lungs.
