FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: method involves forming and revealing non- verbal signs emotionally neutral, desirable, undesirable and resource states, trance state and state hindering to achieve a desired state. Each of the states is associated with a color. Any of the states being achieved, physiological characteristics are recorded and their spectral analysis is carried out for detecting electrographically correlated units. Lexical and semantic properties are recorded for every state and their correlated speech unit is built. Music patterns are shown to select those producing, when shown, the electrographic signs indicating the states in the patient. The music and speech patterns are combined in their acoustic power proportion being selected as 4:1, respectively. Then, three and more audio patterns are combined into groups showing any of the groups at a time. The groups are shown in turn in arbitrary succession order and they are united without pauses as an integral audio composition. EFFECT: enhanced effectiveness in building individual compositions of therapeutic activity. 4 cl
