FIELD: gaming devices, applicable for organization of electronic games. SUBSTANCE: the control device in the process of use is connected to an image processor, which on the basis of a program forms video information corresponding to the image displayed on the monitor. In addition to several selector switches, the control device is provided with an analog joystick and produces control signals with the aid of which video information can be varied in accordance with the operator's actions. The analog joystick engages a lever having an end part projecting from the housing and inclined in an arbitrary direction, the north, south, west and east inclusive. Provision is also made for a guide ring, having a guide wall with an octagonal external edge enveloping the lever; the guide wall guides the lever according to the available eight angles, corresponding to the north, north-east, east, south-east, south, south-west, west and north-west directions.
