SUBSTANCE: invention relates to sport and game-like simulators and is designed to identify and develop personal condition and coordination abilities. The device for muscle training and to identify and develop condition and coordination abilities of a person contains a power unit, a control unit and a unit of programs. The first one is composed of "game core", made with the expectation of changing the length of the lever - the working part of the game core", a handle equipped with two buttons and connected to one end of the "game core" and the other end of which is made in the form of a ball and placed in a glass, making a medium of adjustable friction for the ball. It is provided with a tightening unit and two elements rubbing the ball located in the upper and lower parts of the ball. Based on the fixed plate and the ball, the rubbed elements are pressed to the latter with the tightening unit formed by two movable and one stationary plates, four traction bars, a conical spring, a rod, a lever, a connecting strip, a traction pin with a groove along the length of the front part and a guiding traction device having a guiding element and a traction screw-nut. Circular holes are made in the rubbing elements, summarising, movable and fixed plates.
