FIELD: alcohol-free industry, particularly, production of low-alcoholic drinks on base of mineral waters. SUBSTANCE: method involves preparation of syrup by mixing a number of ingredients on mineral water with addition of ethyl rectified alcohol in the amount providing for 7.5-45-% strength of syrup. Then blending is carried out with mineral curative-table water "Krymskaya" type, aged, filtered, saturated by carbon dioxide and bottled. EFFECT: higher organoleptical characteristics and treatment-and-prophylactic properties. 1 tbl
