SUBSTANCE: method for reinforced concrete products heat treatment includes pre-aging at an ambient temperature, temperature increase up to the setpoint and isothermal heating at this temperature, and cooling. At that, during isothermal heating, the heating temperature value is periodically changed in amplitude and duration, provided that the specified medium isothermal value is maintained. At that, the oscillation amplitude and the oscillation period are varied depending on the isothermal temperature tsp according to the given mathematical expressions.
EFFECT: reduced energy consumption required to ensure the specified quality of concrete and reinforced concrete products and improved product quality without changes in the thermal processing technology.
