FIELD: fiber-optical self- oscillatory systems based on micromechanical resonator, systems measuring various physical quantities. SUBSTANCE: collimation of beam interacting with microresonator 5 in proposed fiber-optical self-sustained oscillator is carried out with the aid of fiber autocollimator 3. Autocollimator is manufactured in the form of section of single-mode quartz light guide with spherical microlens formed directly on butt of this light guide. EFFECT: reduced mass and dimensions of self-sustained oscillator, increased reliability, accuracy, stability and fastness, enhanced efficiency of fiber-optical laser and microresonator. 2 dwg
