FIELD: cosmetics. SUBSTANCE: method includes preparation of mixture of egg blend and vegetable oil, alkali hydrolysis of this mixture to give foaming detergent base consisted of fats and biologically-active protein components, neutralization of excess alkali with acid, and addition of biologically-active agents, odorant, preservatives, thickeners, and other modifying ingredients. Invention recommends using 10 wt % of vegetable oil in the mixture, carrying out alkali hydrolysis at mixture-to-alkali ratio not superior to 20:1, and adding oxidant (e.g. hydrogen peroxide) in amounts 0.1 to 1.0 wt % after alkali hydrolysis.
