PROCESS FOR MANUFACTURE OF FOAM DETERGENT Russian patent published in 1995 - IPC

FIELD: cosmetics. SUBSTANCE: essence of this process resides in preparing foam detergent base from starting stock by alkaline hydrolysis using fats and biologically active components prepared from proteins, neutralizing excess alkali by acid and adding to thus obtained composition of biologically active compounds, aromatic, conservants, thickeners and other modifying additives. Disclosed process prescribes using egg blend as starting stock to be subjected to alkaline hydrolysis, ratio between egg blend and alkali being 40:1 maximum. EFFECT: simpler technique and broader stock range provided by utilization of poultry refuse.
