FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: the device for injection to the patient of liquid medicine in gas for inhalation, as well as for account of the dose injected to the patient, has a holding component for temporary holding of medicine and gas before inhalation, means for injection of a certain amount of medicine to the holding chamber, transducer indicating the injection of medicine to the holding chamber, detector means for measuring the flow rate of the gas breathed in by the patient from the holding chamber, and computing means connected for control to the transducer and detector means for account of the amount of medicine taken by the patient. The account is accomplished by estimation of medicine concentration in the holding chamber in time, at a reduction of the above concentration inside the holding chamber, and determination of the volume of gas taken by the patient during inhalation, and time passed after indication of the medicine feed for inhalation by the patient.
