FIELD: medical engineering. SUBSTANCE: device has means for producing rarefaction or negative pressure and means for setting it into the inhaler structure, communicating chambers of constant and variable volume. Negative pressure or rarefaction are produced in the constant volume chamber in changing volume of the variable volume chamber to cause the drug moving from the inhaler device and atomizing in the constant volume chamber. The device also has adjusting valve for adjusting drug flow supply coming into the constant volume chamber, and a segment having groove surrounding the constant volume chamber outlet aperture for preventing the drug being in non-atomized state from its falling out through this aperture. EFFECT: easy breathing maintained. 40 cl, 20 dwg
