SUBSTANCE: invention concerns medicine and is used for inhalation of liquid medicinal substance. The device contains section the liquid medicinal substance induction, having an inducing aperture and manometric section for definition of the negative pressure framed in the form of a difference of pressure with atmospheric pressure during an inspiration of the user, for the purpose of control droplets induced from the inducing aperture. The induction section inducing aperture of liquid medicinal substance is located in a position intended for creation of a smaller difference of pressure, than a difference of pressure with the atmospheric pressure, defined by manometric section during the certificate of an inspiration of the user.

EFFECT: provision of induction of droplets of the identical size at the expense of depression of negative pressure on the induction section exit.
