FIELD: machine tool manufacture, namely spindle adapters for milling machine tools. SUBSTANCE: apparatus includes built-up housing having plate and cover mounted on plate with possibility of rotation around its own axis, tool spindles whose units are arranged on said cover; unit for driving tool spindles and having drive gear wheel. In order to enhance depth accuracy at milling part surface, apparatus is provided in addition with adjusting screw mounted in plate and being in contact with cover. Drive gear wheel of rotation drive unit for rotating tool spindles may be mounted in cover of housing. EFFECT: improved design of apparatus providing high accuracy depth milling. 2 cl, 2 dwg
