FIELD: sewage treatment for disposal of emulsified organic matters stabilized in water phase by surface-active agents, and ecologically hazardous electrolytes, applicable for mutual treatment of sewage of industrial enterprises. SUBSTANCE: spent commercial solutions of electrolyte are introduced in emulsified organic matters, the water and organic phases are separated; the emulsified organic matters extract the ions of heavy metals at the following relations of the process optimal parameters: , where CT - concentration of extractable matter in the volume of the spent commercial solution of electrolyte; XK - concentration of extractable matter in raffinate; K = nV+CAρ-1(DnA-nV); Q-relation between the volumes of sewage containing emulsified organic matters and the spent commercial electrolyte; nV - relation between the volumes of raffinate and water phase of the joined sewage; CA - concentration of the extractive reagent in the volume of sewage water containing emulsified organic matters; ρ - density of the extractive reagent; D - coefficient of distribution of extractable matter between the extract and raffinate; nA - relation between the volumes of the extract and extractive reagent, provided D≫1 and XK ≅ CND-1, where CN - concentration of extractable matter in the saturated solution of extract.
