BRACKET MANUFACTURE PROCESS Russian patent published in 2001 - IPC

FIELD: construction engineering; erection of metal structures; flush wall facing of buildings and structures. SUBSTANCE: bracket has two L-shaped parts; each part is produced by bending C-shaped section with corrugation in middle part of section wall. Cuts are made in ledges and flanges of section before bending it; ledge parts are overlapped and joined by self-tapping screws after bending. Bracket parts are noted for high hardness. Using this bracket reduces heat loss through bracket part abutting against wall by 30%. EFFECT: increased hardness and bearing capacity of bracket; reduced heat loss at wall-to-bracket joint. 3 dwg
