FIELD: optical instrumentation, design of instruments for spectral analysis of optical radiation. SUBSTANCE: proposed spectrometer has converter of amplitude-frequency characteristic transforming analyzed radiation in agreement with known law, photodetector and processing and recording unit that controls transformation and reconstructs radiation spectrum by way of numerical processing of signal of photodetector and with use of known law of radiation transformation. Transformation law takes the form of these or those physical characteristics ( spectral characteristics of absorption and refraction indices, sensitivity of photodetector, etc ). In three versions of spectrometer there are correspondingly used three physical mechanisms of transformation: absorption, disturbance of total internal reflection and control over spectral characteristic of sensitivity of photodetecting structures. EFFECT: simplified design, reduced sensitivity to vibrations and shocks, decreased labor input to manufacture and adjustment of spectrometer. 3 cl, 3 dwg
