SUBSTANCE: method involves exposing tissue area under examination to laser radiation or narrow bandwidth photodiode radiation of different wavelength, power, polarization and other physical parameters of beam illuminating the tissue. Then, frequency-spectrum or amplitude-spectrum analysis of secondary exited (reflected, induced, excited, background etc.) radiation parameters is applied.
EFFECT: high accuracy and reliability of diagnosis.
