FIELD: applied physics. SUBSTANCE: process of generation of microlepton radiation for action on hydrocarbons includes formation of cavitation flow of working substance with use of centrifugal pump and electric ultrasonic generator with frequency of 32.0-36.0 KHZ on which vibration and magnetic fields and field formed by rotated conical surface with helical rib providing for origination of excited microlepton field are superimposed. Excited microleptons are used to act on hydrocarbons. Device for generation of microlepton radiation for action on hydrocarbons has body with supporting lids between which cavitation generator with rotated rotors of centrifugal pump and guiding apparatus is placed. Leak-tight truncated cone facing centrifugal pump with smaller base is mounted uniaxially on axis of rotor, it is connected with bigger base via mobile support to second lid of body. Rib of inclined Archimedean screw pump is installed on outer surface of truncated cone, ultrasonic electric generator- radiator is mounted on side of lid of body opposite to magnetic clutch.
