FIELD: material treatment by microlepton radiation. SUBSTANCE: high-frequency oscillator produces signals at frequency of 1.0 NHz whose length depends on material being treated; these signals are supplied to storage and converted, as soon as desired density of signals is attained, into electron flow which is conveyed to concentrator and converted into microlepton rays passed to material being treated. Device implementing this method has high-frequency oscillator, storage, concentrator, and electrode; storage is, essentially, circuit capacitor with turns ; it is coupled with high- frequency oscillator and with concentrator made in the form of conical electromagnetic coil. Electrode functions to pass microlepton rays to material being treated. EFFECT: provision for changing physical and chemical properties and process characteristics of materials. 2 cl, 1 dwg
