SUBSTANCE: method includes first dissection of capsule in its upper part and subperiosteal separation in direction from external surface to medial surface, and at the end of operation, formation of through holes in anterior and medial walls of prosthesis femur bed distal to edge of trimming of femur neck, pulling of integral lavsan thread by double matrass suture type, reinsertion of capsule using lavsan thread stitches on walls of femur bed for fixing capsule to them that prevents dislocation of prosthesis head.
