FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: method involves determining pelvis deviation angle in frontal and horizontal plane relative to longitudinal axis of a patient. Cup is implanted at an angle of 45 deg to the frontal plane and anteversion of 10 deg with angle correction in plane is performed by the corresponding pelvis deflection angles revealed. EFFECT: enhanced effectiveness of treatment; high accuracy in setting the cup; prevented cup displacement and endoprosthesis head dislocation. 10 dwg
