FIELD: medicine; orthopedy and traumatology.
SUBSTANCE: after endoprosthesis replacement of a hip joint at sealing of the wound, form a double thread from an external surface of the trochanterian area, going from the basis of an apex of the greater trochanter to the place of anchoring the lateral head of the quadriceps muscle of thigh by linkage of the retained double mylar thread after sealing the joint capsule and its carrying out in a back portion of a gluteus medius muscle and retained double mylar thread after sealing of the earlier separated tendomuscular part of the lateral head of the quadriceps muscle of thigh to a place of its attachment below the basis of the greater trochanter, and the subsequent reinsertion of a separated tendomuscular flap of a gluteus medius muscle and lateral head of the quadriceps muscle of thigh by its underrunning with capture of all layers of the flap in four places. Thus pass the top thread at level of the basis of an apex of the greater trochanter. Pass the bottom thread at level of an upper edge of a trochantin. Pass other two threads spend between the top and bottom threads on peer distances with the subsequent bracing of four threads to the trochanterian area generated on an external surface of the double mylar thread.
EFFECT: prevention of forward instability of a hip joint and hip dislocation.
