FIELD: devices for cleaning sanitary and ventilation air emissions, flue gases, gas-and-air mixtures from finely- dispersed solid and liquid media and toxic homogeneous admixtures; chemical petrochemical, paint-and-varnish industries; metallurgy, mechanical engineering and other industries. SUBSTANCE: unit has cylindrical housing with corona-forming electrode mounted axisymmetrically inside it; housing is also provided with branch pipes for delivery and discharge of liquid and gas. Corona-forming electrode is made in form of perforated tube. Upper portion of cylindrical housing is additionally provided with waveguide to ensure resonance oscillations with molecules of admixtures in cleaned gases and their selective ionization. EFFECT: enhanced cleaning of gas or air from molecules of admixtures; reduced power requirements due to resonance oscillations of molecules of admixtures and forced oscillations of waveguide. 1 dwg
