FIELD: separation of loose materials. SUBSTANCE: separation of dust from pneumatic transportation flow is performed through open section of tube directly in front of accumulating tank by suction of part of transporting air in direction lateral to that of main flow. Regulation of suction intensity and length of tube open section provides for removal of dust-like particles possessing higher sailing capacity and lower kinetic energy than conditional particles. Suction direction angle in vertical plane of suction makes up at least 38-40 deg to horizontal. Air suction speed is lower than hovering velocity of conditional particles by 25-30%.
