SUBSTANCE: proposed device includes filament entrapping chamber with screen unit which is divided into two passages at the bottom; each passage is provided with screen unit formed by single- and multi-tier forks which may be extended from and retracted into passages; chamber is provided with drive dampers at the top and its passages are provided with such dampers at the bottom; dampers are used for control of direction of flows of cleaned material and admixtures; forks are provided with vibrodrives mounted after working passages for microvibration of rods.
