FIELD: materials handling facilities.

SUBSTANCE: invention can be used in metallurgy, chemical, construction, food and other industries for loading and unloading of loose materials from soft containers and sacks into material conduits of storage tanks, mixers and other processing equipment. Proposed device consists of intake funnel installed in housing consisting of cylindrical and conical parts. Funnel is rigidly secured on material conduit and on cylindrical part of housing by brackets. Knives-dividers are rigidly secured in side funnel, and detachable cover installed in its upper part. Clearances, 50-150 mm wide, is made between outer surface of funnel and inner surface of material conduit. Ring space is located between inner surface of housing and outer surfaces of funnel of material conduit. Four dust discharge rectangular holes are made on side surface of material conduit installed through one third of height of funnel, being dipped through 120-150 mm into hopper. Conical local suction hood is installed at side of cylindrical part of housing on outlet branch pipe of which throttle valve connected with air duct and exhaust fan is installed.

EFFECT: reduced losses of loose materials at reloading, prevention of penetration of dust with working air into operation zone at concentration exceeding permissible value.
